As the Digital Channel Product Manager for Safaricom Ethiopia's bot (t.me/official_safaricomet_bot), I led the development of key features, including the ability to purchase data and voice bundles, check voucher card status, access Airtime Advance, and view active airtime loans. I defined product requirements, crafted user journeys and flows, and collaborated closely with front-end and back-end developers to ensure seamless functionality. Additionally, I integrated live agent support for customers needing further assistance.
